Additionally, prices for the homes are subject to change without notice.

Purchases of homes from Osprey Point Homes require compliance with our purchase terms, which include payment terms, delivery arrangements, and any warranties or disclaimers provided with the sale.
6. Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Details regarding the cancellation, return, and refund policies will be specified at the time of purchase and are subject to specific terms and conditions pertaining to the sale of manufactured homes.
